What time am I able to check in? Is it possible to check in earlier? Please be advised our standard check-in time is any time after 3.30 pm.
If the room is available and ready when you arrive at our hotel, we can offer you the early check in. Please note that due to the regular high occupancy of our hotel, it is only possible to know if your room will be available before the check in time the same day of your arrival.
What time should I check out by? Do you offer late check out? You can check out until 11 am.
If you wish a late check out, please check with our reception if it is possible for that day. If available, for an additional fee you can leave your room later than the usual time.
Traveling with family. Are there family rooms? We currently have two family rooms. Please send your enquiry to reserves.rivolirambla@grupserhs.com and our staff will get back to you with the available options.

Rooms & Extra ServicesWhat amenities are included in each room? (gel, shampoo, etc.)? Our rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay such as shower gel and shampoo, soap, etc.
Will I be able to make tea in my room? Yes, all rooms are equipped with kettle and a selection of teas for free.
What rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility? Two of our Deluxe rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility. If you need one of them, please indicate it in comments when making your reservation and contact reserves.rivolirambla@grupserhs.com so that we can offer you the best option.
Additional assistance is required to access our restaurant. Don't hesitate to ask our staff for help, they will be happy to help you.
Which rooms have views to the Rambla? The Hotel SERHS Rivoli Rambla offers you three types of rooms with views of the Rambla: The Deluxe Rambla Views, Deluxe Rambla Plus, some of our Superior Double, the Suite with Views of Las Ramblas and the Exclusive Suite.
What are the opening hours and prices of the Wellness Center? Massages of our Wellness service are available from Monday to Saturday. If you wish to enjoy one of these services please book in advance at reception.
Are pets allowed in the hotel? We currently do not accept pets in our hotel (except guide dogs).
Travelling with a baby, should I bring my own crib? Baby cots are available on request free of charge. When making your reservation specify that you need one.
Does the hotel have its own parking? Unfortunately, our hotel does not have parking facilities, but thanks to the central location of the hotel you will find several parking options close to it.
What time is breakfast served? Our breakfast buffet is served every morning from 7:30 to 10:30 am.
Is there a luggage storage service? Yes, we do offer luggage storage service. If you arrive at the hotel before 3 pm, we can store your baggage in the luggage area until your room is available. After the check-out, the luggage is also available and baggage and luggage items can be stored for a few hours.
The service has no extra charge. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for the objects left inside or outside bags.
Is there a laundry service in the hotel? The hotel has a laundry service with an additional cost from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.

Location & Getting thereWhat is the easiest way to get to the hotel by public transportation? Getting to our hotel from the airport is very easy. The main stop of the "Aerobus" is in Plaza Cataluña, 200 meters from the Rivoli Ramblas SERHS. The bus ticket price is about € 6 and its frequency is quite high: every 10 minutes from 5 to 7 am in the morning and from 10 pm to 1 am. During the day, its frequency is every 5 minutes.
